Return Policy
Scope and Timeframe
For all household essentials and general merchandise purchased on oleyti.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), customers may apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, provided the following conditions are met.
Customized products (e.g., household items with exclusive logos or special sizes), personal care products (e.g., unsealed cleaning wipes, toiletries), and perishable/fragile goods (e.g., some food-grade groceries, glass decorations) are excluded. Such items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have quality defects.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
The product must be in brand-new, unused condition, with the original packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., instruction manuals, free gifts) intact, without damage, stains, or signs of use.
If the product has quality defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws, functional failures, wrong/missing items), customers must provide clear product photos, order number, and a description of the issue. After verification by our customer service team, returns or exchanges will be processed as a priority.
For returns requested due to personal reasons (e.g., size mismatch, change of preference, accidental purchase), customers shall bear the shipping costs for returning the product. For returns/exchanges caused by the Website (e.g., wrong delivery, quality defects), the Website will cover the shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Process
Application: Send an email to the customer service email address (service@oleyti.com) with the subject line "Return/Exchange Application - Order No. XXX". The email body must include your name, contact information, product name, reason for return/exchange, and relevant supporting materials (e.g., photos).
Verification: Our customer service team will review the application within 1-3 business days. If approved, a "Return/Exchange Confirmation Form" (including the return address and notes) will be sent via email.
Return Shipment: Customers must ship the product to the specified address within 7 calendar days of receiving the confirmation form, and inform our team of the tracking number via email.
Inspection & Processing: The Website will complete the inspection of the returned product within 3-5 business days of receipt.
For qualified returns: The refund will be returned to the customer’s original payment account. The processing time depends on the payment platform’s rules (usually 1-7 business days).
For qualified exchanges: The replacement product will be shipped within 2-4 business days after inspection. A shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) will be sent once shipped.
Special Notes
If the returned product fails to meet the return conditions (e.g., damaged packaging, used product), the Website reserves the right to reject the request and return the product to the customer. The customer shall bear the resulting shipping costs.
The refund amount only includes the actual payment for the product, excluding the original shipping fee of the order (unless the return/exchange is caused by the Website).
