Shipping&Delivery Policy
1. International Shipping (Outside Hong Kong)
We offer two options for international delivery:
Standard Shipping — Fee: $5.99 per order
Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier schedules; holidays may cause delays).
Express Shipping — Fee: $13.99 per order
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (subject to customs and courier processing speed).
Note: Some remote areas or special addresses (such as islands, military bases, etc.) may require additional time or surcharges. We will notify you if applicable.
2. Hong Kong Local Shipping (Within Hong Kong Only)
Standard Shipping (Local Standard) — Fee: HK$5.99 per order
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
3. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country/region. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
We have no control over customs policies, and if additional fees arise, the courier or customs office will contact the recipient directly.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number & link via email or customer account message. You can use this information to check the delivery status at any time.
If there is no update for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.
5. Delivery Issues & Receiving Parcels
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Incorrect details may result in delivery failure, and any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the courier leaves the package at a pickup point or with a neighbor when no one is available, delivery will be considered completed. If reshipment is required, the related costs will be charged accordingly.
6. Returns & Damages During Shipping
If you receive an item damaged during transit, please keep the original packaging, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist with claims or arrange a replacement/return.

7. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, customs inspections, strikes, or other force majeure events. We will do our best to keep you updated, but delivery schedules in such cases may be beyond our control.
